Schuster Pechtold (SP) as a German originated firm has been in the architectural consultancy business since 1978. With offices registered and based in Dubai (unlimited license with Dubai Municipality and TRAKHEES), we practice in the UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Lebanon and Saudi Arabia.

Our consultancy services include Concept Design, Schematic Design, Detailed Design, Construction Documents, Tendering and Tender Evaluation, Construction Supervision and Contract Administration, for the Architectural, Structural, and Electro-Mechanical Works.

Our objective is to maintain the highest standards of design and technical competence and assist Private, Corporate and Governmental Clients to formulate innovative solutions for complex and multi-functional
developments.

In addition to the Partners of the Practice, a permanent staff of fully qualified professionals as Architects, Structural, MEP Engineers and Quantity Surveyors are employed. Schuster Pechtold maintains approx. thirty highly sophisticated and powerful computer-aided workstations capable of generating presentational and construction drawings at high speed with a full interfacing capability with sub-consulting offices in the region and overseas.

Further to providing Local Clients with their full range of Consultancy Services, we have also extended our services to act as locally based Lead Consultants supporting overseas Specialist Design Consultants during the production and implementation stages.

In the past thirty-seven years Schuster Pechtold have designed, executed and commissioned Projects up to a value of over AED 200 billion.
